Every flag is made to order. Production typically takes 7-14 business days from order confirmation. Once your flag is complete, it ships via FedEx or UPS Ground with full tracking. Delivery within the continental US typically takes 3-5 business days after shipment.

We stand behind every flag we make. If your flag arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right – repair, replacement, or full refund at our cost.

Damaged in transit? Take photos of the damage and packaging immediately and email them to us within 48 hours. We'll handle the shipping claim and send a replacement at no cost to you.
